Koji Hayashi 林　広治 / Managing Director

With over 30 years of international food trading experience, Hayashi established Food Luck Limited (2022, Hong Kong) and Think FOOD and JAPAN (2023, Japan) with a mission to convey the real value of wonderful Japanese food to the fullest.

Since the time he joined in a general trading firm in 1992, his successful career has involved a variety of fields ranging from futures comoddity trading, business investment, and restaurants. Working in Tokyo, London, and São Paulo, Brazil, he moved to Hong Kong in 2017 and developed Japanese food import business with major local retailers, restaurant businesses, and EC companies. He now promotes and consults on an extensive range of Japanese food products in Hong Kong and overseas.
